Yoga provides one of the best ways to relax and revitalize. It’s ideal for enhancing the ability to focus and alleviates the pressures that can build up through term time. The students really notice the effects and I often hear them say, “it’s the only time I can really feel that deep sense of peace”.


I focus on deepening the breath, which is a technique that can be used in everyday life to calm an otherwise stressful moment. Some anxious students can feel isolated, so it’s a safe way for them to feel integrated as well as giving them an ideal tool to help

Class sizes vary from 7-25 students and the class lasts one hour.
