Yoga is a fun way for students to improve their flexibility and fitness. At the same time they learn very practical techniques for calming down and remaining calm.
Through practising yoga, students increase both their bodily awareness and mental concentration. This in turn can lead to improved posture and increased self-esteem. Some students and teachers even report improved behaviour!
Students find yoga particularly helpful in the lead-up to tests and exams. Body and mind are exercised together, and students learn the art of being both focused and relaxed at the same time.
My teaching style is sensitive, inclusive and encouraging. I meet the students at their level of ability and agility.
