My classes are suitable for all levels, as the depth of each posture (asana) can be adapted to suit your individual needs. My teaching focuses on the fundamental technique of every asana, ensuring correct foundations are established from the start. Thus, the student develops core strength – enabling the body to support itself with ease. 

Breath (pranayama) is an integral part of my teaching. The space created by the breath relaxes and energizes the body and keeps the mind clear and still.
