I have been studying and teaching Hatha yoga since 1989.
Yoga gives me strength and flexibility – in both body and mind.
It invites me to find a compassionate stillness amid all the busy-ness of life, allowing me to find peace. 

I am currently studying Structural Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda (the Vedic science of healing of body and mind), and the Sutras of Patanjali.

Since 2007 I have been specializing in yoga for Mental Health and Substance Misuse. I am a volunteer with the WISH (Women’s Initiative on Street Health) Project. and have set up a monthly yoga lesson at The Gatehouse an Oxford-based charity providing food, shelter and company to Oxford's homeless and poorly housed population;

I am a mother of two and a trained Bodyworker (Dip. B.W.).
